Biography
Ladainian Tomlinson is one of the best running backs in the NFL league. Tomlinson played his college football for Texas Christian University. Some records that Tomlinson set where really crazy and outstanding. Tomlinson played 21 games with 100 yards rushing, 54 touchdowns and 6,337 total all purpose yards. He was one of the finalyst for the heisman trophy in year 2000, tomlinson ended up finishing a hair behind quarterback Chris Weinke, finishing up fourth. Tomlinson got stolen from the trophy, but not from the San Deigo Chargers when he ended up getting drafted at. If the Chargers wouldn’t of picked tomlinson, they would of chosen Michael Vick. Tomlinson has just accomplished so much with his career in San Diego, and he is thinking about retiring very soon before he breaks any records. He has already set several team records, 1,683 yards rushing and 2,370 all-purpose yards, and he was alos the very first nfl running back to rush over 1,000 yards and catch 100 passes in the same exact season. It will be very interesting what he will do the rest of his career, and where his retiring period will end. L.T will probably be inducted in the hall of fame as well.
